Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping & delivery
We offer free shipping across the EU. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors beyond our control.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us at support@orthevo.info with your order number and a photo — we'll make it right.

Returns
